Modern day Bombay is ruled by Bangkok-based underworld don, Khalid Bin Jamal, who has the Home Minister, A.R. Sarang, as well as the Police Commissioner on his payroll. Khalid would like to get rid of a number of thorns on his side, namely S.P. Naidu, a former aide; A.R. Sarang, who has been flip-flopping; and Bombay Police's Encounter Specialist Suryakanth Satham. He manages to sway Sarang on his side, arranges for Suryakanth to be be suspended, charged with killing two innocent bystanders, and held in a cell. Khalid reaches an understanding with Suryakanth, who is immediately released and is reinstated - with a condition that he must kill Naidu and his followers. Suryakanth ruthlessly does away with Naidu's followers, but spares Naidu himself - who is eventually killed by Arbaaz and Hari, Khalid's brother and henchman respectively. It is then that Suryakanth shows his true colors - when he shoots Arbaaz and Hari in an 'encounter' after the violent death of the Home Minister. The ...
Excellent........
RISK Excellence of Indian cinema, only one song in the movie....
This is movie about underworld of India, the most powerful force behind most of the crime in India...
I will not give any spoilers in the review...but try justifying this underdog, when all the "nach gaana" movies are making money for no reason; this one is for serious cinema goers....
On the foot print of "Satya" "Sarkar" and many, many other brilliant movie (mostly few have been made that good), this one is a sure "must-see".
Vinod Khanna, made an excellent come back as an underworld Don "Khalid" lives in Thailand, Controlling Mumbai city for his criminal activity....
Randeep Hooda an honest "Smart" and emotional had tag-of-war with Khalid......
A very non-Indian ending will keep u guessing and couple of good twist that make movie worth watch.....
Directed by Vishram Sawant.....amazing cast mostly veteran's actors who really justify their characters from beginning to end.
I will give 8 out of 10.......enjoy....

Estranged twin brothers - one a con man, the other an Episcopal deacon - accidentally switch places... and find God in the process.
A solid film, worth admission...
This was a good film about two brothers on different sides of the law and walking two different walks of life. One brother (Jeremiah, an aspiring priest) living his suburban life with the curse of a childhood incident in which his brother was assumed dead. The other brother (John) fresh out of jail in working for a top rate con-man Rome who is looking to get another job out of his right hand man. Reluctant to go back to jail, John decides he is going to double cross Rome and through a series of events ends up on the run. He decides to turn to Jeremiah for help. Rome, in hot pursuit, kidnaps Jeremiah thinking he is John during his daily jog. The brothers have to switch roles...John becomes Jeremiah in an attempt to find the money he needs to escape and Rome forces Jeremiah to help him finish the original job in John's place. Confused yet? Sure the plot for this film is quite unbelievable, but do we really go to the movies for reality? This movie, from the same people that brought us the Omega Code (which sucked), has given us a nice caper film with a cool independent feel to it. Production is good and it shows the talent of director John Gunn who makes this unbelievable story seem just the opposite. Using some nice little techniques like freeze framing some shots, he gives us something different from the traditional hollywood outing. Its definitly not overly preachy and all the better because of it, displaying its message smartly. Add a nice soundtrack with songs from Moby and Sixpence None the Richer and some much needed comedy from Rome (Roberts) and his tattoo covered henchman and you have well rounded and enjoyable film. Most reviewers have been hard on this film, and I agree that the acting is not oscar worthy but it serves the film extremely well. The story moves along and mostly importantly keeps our interest until the very end. I have a feeling that if this film had Hollywood big shots behind it, it would be given much more respect then it has. This film is very solid and stands on its own in many aspects. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good film with a story that keeps you interested, but is sick of movies ruined by sex and language that are thrown in to attract a certain demographic. Go see it, you won't regret spending the money, and besides the more we support films like this the better they will get!

Amidst nation-wide kidnappings taking place allegedly at the hands of one Kaiser, she soon finds out that Aditya is none other than the one who killed her parents and may have returned back into her family's life to kill all of them.
Shot to waste money!
This movie has been based on a few lines of script stretched into three freaking whole hours of useless boring crap. Had it not been for Mahesh I would not have bothered to watch it to the end.
Btw, Mahesh Babu looks horrible with his new hairstyle or whatever. I guess they tried to bring out a raw look to him which failed.
Most of the characters in the film lack true reason. Again, this shows poor script at hand.
Comedy, involving Brahmanandam and Sunil cannot be called so, since they don't even remotely tickle your funny bone.
Its obvious throughout that the people behind the movie tried a mix of Pokiri and Athadu. We even see the same Pokiri villain in a ridiculous avatar. Added to that is a large pool of actors from bollywood, which includes the heroine. I gave this movie 3 only because of the excellent cinematography, and the songs (video+audio)
Watch it only if you are an ardent Mahesh Babu fan

Riya lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Mumbai and works as an Assistant Director for a movie producer, Bharucha. After the passing of her mother, she is consoled by a young man, Anthony Gonsalves, in the church graveyard. He introduces himself as the son of Jeffrey, who passed away during 1986, and works as a waiter in Jimmy's Pub, Bandra and wants to be a Bollywood actor. Thereafter she meets him again in the studios when he comes to audition for the part of Mark Anthony in a re-make of Shakespeare's 'Julius Caesar'. Both are attracted to each other and continue to meet. Little does Riya know that Anthony has lied to her, as he never had a father by the name of Jeffrey, and the real person who brought him up is a gangster and killer, Sikander, who is now a suspect in the sudden disappearance of Police Inspector Gupta.
This Anthony has a long way to go!
E Niwas's 'My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves' is average entertainer, which tanked at the box office. The film is just about okay.
Performance Wise: Nikhil Diwedi makes a pretty good debut. He's good and surely has a future in Bollywood. Amrita Rao gets a which role offers her nothing. Mithunda is superb as the father. Anupam Kher is classy. Pawan Malhotra is terrific. Mukesh Tiwari and Dayashankar Pandey are good. Javed Shiekh needs a lot of grooming. Saurabh Shukla is first-rate. Anil Kapoor in a cameo appearance in energetic, Priyanka Chopra looks hot in a cameo too.
'My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves' is a strictly one-time watch.
